Dyami's founder Eric Schouten has a 13-year career working for the Dutch general intelligence and security service. Gaining a successful background in security threats and countermeasures.

He is skilled in crisis management and enabling his network to work on common goals and challenges.

As a liaison to the aviation security sector he helped secure airport and airline operations. He was involved in establishing the Dutch national expert group for overflights of conflict zones and founded and participated in many other security-related working groups.

Using his communication and instructional skills he trained thousands of trainees in security awareness programs.

Sander has over 20 years of experience in the airline industry as a flight attendant for several Dutch airlines. Currently active in Business Class. He has knowledge of various roles in the field of security. Sander is also practiced as a firearms instructor in European Police Parcours.

His strength is bringing teams together, enhancing team performance and reaching common goals. He achieves this through personal coaching and a problem solving/ decision making and people-oriented approach. As a person, Sander truly connects with the people around him and has excellent communicative skills

With a background in the hospitality business and international business management, Annick ensures that the business runs smoothly, effectively, and professionally.

She also supports Dyami's marketing and communication activities and is responsible for communication with clients and course participants, from registration up to post-course correspondence. She covers our courses and is in charge of all practical and logistical organisation, including contact with venues and other suppliers. Making sure our training locations are top notch.

Bob Rehorst is a field-tested anthropologist and conflict analyst. He has extensive field experience in the Levant-Middle East region, North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. 

He holds a Graduate Degree in Conflict Studies and Human Rights, and an Undergraduate Degree in Cultural Anthropology, both from Utrecht University. 

Having the combined experience of Academia and fieldwork, Bob has a dynamic understanding of conflict, geopolitics and global security. Bob specialises in pattern recognition and global crises.

Iskander joined Dyami in order to strengthen and support the company’s goals of becoming a unique quality leader in the broad field of security services.

Aside from being an experienced Airline Captain, he is active as an entrepreneur and investor. 

His expertise includes topics like business strategy and development, people strategy, leadership, organisational development, financial performance, operational excellence and marketing strategy.

He has a strong focus on combining an efficient, low-cost approach to business with very high quality and value for customers by thinking different, challenging the status quo and believing in the power of working with the right people.

Jaap consults our clients about the world of safe and secure travel. He recently graduated for his bachelor Security Management where he specialized in security risk management. During his graduation period at Dyami he developed a model for safe and secure travel which is implemented and used to support our clients.

Currently, Jaap combines his work at Dyami with studying the masters’ degree International Security at the University of Groningen. This combination ensures that he can directly integrate theory into practice and advise our clients on relevant contemporary security issues.
